Vulcan Industries interview questions

Friendly staff, values hard work. You get a chance to see the different areas of the office. Questions challenge your technical skills but are not unreasonable. Also, there was a chance to see the ticketing system and how it works.

Spoke with the hiring VP over the phone for about 45 minutes. Most of the conversation was around the job description and whether it was something that I felt I was a good fit for. Reviewed some past roles that matched the job description and success stories with the Vice President. He asked me what it would take to be a part of the team from a compensation perspective and he said that would be in line with what the previous leader made and was going to recommend me to interview with his Senior VP.
