There are 2 Round one was first round then other one taken by head of delivery interview was good people were good and asked about previous roles and responsibilities it was a happy round cleared both HR called and confirm that you are selected suddenly they schedule another round in which the interviewer was asking some qs which was not a part of the role or job description Then no communication from HR Do not waste time of the employee please if you don't want to hire say no do not play with time of anyone Be professional with your process then only the company develops and employees will trust you One last advice there is a term called work ethics atleast be true to that
