1st aptitude then technical round. Aptitude is in between normal to difficult level. In technical round they mainly check your basic knowledge on any programing language, database, your logic building skills etc.

The interview process was good. Everything took place in the same day. The founder of the company was really cool and is also a developer! The only thing that I did not like is the 2 years bond which I had to accept prior to joining and thus I declined the offer even after getting the opportunity.

I applied through recruiter then HR called me and scheduled an interview. Interview took my whole day. First there was online test, there is a field "expected salary" which was just for show because after that I came to know the salary will be very low. After online test there was some pen paper test and then technical interview.

There are four interview rouns which I have faced. These are: 1.Telephonic Round, 2. Initial Round, 3. Aptitude Round, 4. Technical Round, 5. HR Round The interview process was very structured and professional. The interview feedbacks were informed to me and the whole process was done very smoothly by the Human Resource Management Team. The HR is very active in the company and I didnot face any trouble.

The whole process was quite easy. There were 3 stages Aptitude test, Technical Interview, HR & Final Discussion. Aptitude Test was quite easy but you have to make sure you get 80% or above. The technical interview is based on your CV, area of interest, Projects. HR & Final Discussion was quite normal and no interviewee got rejected in this stage.

First round was all about aptitude. Then web designing task took place. After that there was a face to face interview. Questions were too difficult as a fresher. At the end there was the HR round.

Ridiculous process. Company like this does not take more than one day for the interview but this company waste my couple of days and after multiple rounds of interview they'll understand maybe I am suitable for the job. If you're calling and giving somebody time then why he/she have to wait for an hour before the interview, they said interviewer getting prepared for the interview(what do you mean by that he is remembering the questions he'll ask or searching the questions in the internet? may be the second one). Unnecessary show off of 1-2 prize and mac-book.

Multiple Round of interview but they are very supportive and they give all support u needed.And they are very well behaved.If you have geniune skill you must be selected.Great experience

It was a pool campus. It was a 2 days process. On day one, there was just aptitudeand technical round conbined, which was a bit tough, technical part consisting of .Net and PHP in depth questions. I cleared it and qualified for the main interview. On day two (not the successive day), we were given interview slot at 3pm but they were very slow and started at around 4:30pm. The interview was taken by one of their founder. He is a nice person and it was a good experience to talk with him. He made me understand what were my flaws and asked to work on it. Anyways I wasn't selected. But it was nice interview.
