I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at W.E. O’Neil Construction (Fresno, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
I did a couple of phone calls before meeting with someone in person, When I met with someone for a formal in person interview it was really relaxed and did not feel pressured. They wanted to feel out the person they were interviewing and making sure that they were a good fit for their company. I was waiting for an offer letter, but that process took a little long and ended up signing with another company.

Interview
Initial phone screening with HR, followed by an in-person interview with the leadership team at their office. The interview went well, and I really liked their work culture and project backlog and was excited about the position. I didn't get the offer; no feedback or reasons were given.
