Interview
Interview with the HR manager was standard, asked questions about resume and not much else. Phone interview with IT reps was more detailed. Discussed the job at length. Questions were intelligent and well thought out queries as to what I could bring to Gore, minimal questions on resume and none of the typical 'where do you plan to be in 5 years'.
