Two back-to-back panel interviews each with two interviewers. One focused on technical skills and one on interpersonal skills. Very conversational and relatively informal, but the interviewers will challenge you to provide very specific evidence when answering questions.

Talked to them at the career fair, applied through my university's career services, and had an on campus interview. The questions are mostly behavioral and about your experiences. There is a follow up on site interview afterwards.
