3 rounds of behavioral interviews, each round was with two current associates who worked in/near the R&D/Technical function that this role would be in. Very friendly interviewers, only asked behavioral questions/clarifying questions about the resume.

First, a phone interview, it took 30min. Then, one day onsite interview, met 3 different teams, each team about 5 to 10 peoples. they didn't asked you tough questions, not much about technical questions. most likely to check whether you might fit the team or not.
