Interview
I received an unplanned first call from an arrogant senior accountant. I informed her that I am working on a urgent task and we should arrange a proper meeting. From the fist moment she was like she questioned my resume and mistrust my experience. A piece of advice to the hiring team. The HR is more appropriate to conduct interviews. If your employees are feeling complex because someone has longer career, you should train them and not let them be the representative of your company on the first approach.
