I had an interview with HR personnel and was asked to do a personality test which was completed immediately. When I asked when I would hear back they said they’re are still working through first round interviews, but liked me and wanted to finish other things before reaching out. Quite literally never heard anything following that. During the interview it was pressed that the average employee stays for 15 year which some may think is great, but it is never good to stay somewhere too long for growth purposes. Of course people want to stay in a role for a good amount of time, but to expect people to retire at a company at a lower level professional role can be hindering. That being said, communication was poor and there were some red flags. Hopefully someone read this and speaks with the hiring team about such topics because it was something off putting about the role.
