WCG Clinical interview questions

Received an email to schedule a screening call with a recruiter. The call was scheduled and completed within 2 days. She said next steps will be with the hiring manager & maybe VP of HR or one of the project managers. The call with the hiring manager was scheduled the next day and also completed. Process was very well organized, communication was sent with in a timely manner and everyone was nice and professional.

The experience was disappointing. The hiring manager’s communication felt quite dismissive, including being told I did not understand the role and being accused of interrupting, without much opportunity for discussion. Interviews should be a two-way conversation to understand the role and assess mutual fit, but the tone was not particularly constructive. This interaction did not reflect a professional or collaborative environment.
