Everything in the beginning “seemed” promising. HR phone screen call went very well. It was right before the holidays so it took mid January to have the next round of interviews. Next round was a video interview with hiring manager, and their senior leader. After an hr interview, that went well, the famous last words “We won’t leave you hanging and will follow up in about a week”. 3 weeks later- after follow up emails-nothing. HR recruiter, took 3 weeks to reply (after 3 follow up emails) to let me know it was going to take a little longer but I was still “top of mind” as a candidate. Another follow up email, a week later, no reply. I’m done. This is clearly a sign of lack of honesty, transparency,leadership of the company. And more importantly a lack empathy for a candidate. You should work for a company that wants you!
