Three rounds of interviews with Sales Directors from their Security Solutions division onsite in Carol Stream. After completing these I was told the role had been filled and they wanted to know if I would take another opening working with contractors (this was never discussed in the interviews). Seems like they just need warm bodies with a lot of turnover. None of the directors could really articulate the mission or vision of Wesco and the job responsibilities/expectations were vague. Commission structure and total compensation was even more vague.
