I had about a 30 minute chat on the phone with someone from HR. We discussed my work history, what I wanted to do, what I enjoy about my current job, why I'm thinking of leaving, etc.. standard questions, that were bigger picture. Within a week, I had a phone interview with one of the Software Engineers. That was about a 30 minutes long, talking more about what software I use, which languages, my technical experience. Within another week or 2, I was in Boston for several 1 on 1 interviews for a full day. They accommodated by putting all interviews into one day (usually they do two days) since I was from out of state. I was given an offer within the week.
