WINGS for Kids interview questions

The interview process has a few levels. The initial interview is an online sparkhire which included questions for me to record. After the sparkhire is completed you wait to hear back. I was fortunate enough to receive a call to join the company.

You get interviewed at the school you applied for. Easy questions. Just be honest. Once hired you go to training, which occurs within a week, that takes place in a hotel conference room, at least mine did. Once you get through training you’re then certified as a Team Leader, and go to work. Remember this position requires you to look after children who are considered “at-risk”.
