The process is too long and cumbersome. Required to come back multiple times and the hiring manager was late to all of my interviews and pre-occupied. Also, had to meet with other members of the senior staff.

Doesn’t matter about your experience or years held of cdl. Everyone starts from the bottom. No counter off based on experience. Million dollar company and smaller companies pay more. You would have to give your whole life in order to survive just not realistic.

Received a call I would get a phone interview in 2 days at 1pm but when said day arrived they never called so I called them and left voicemail to see what was happening but no one called me back
It took months to even hear back from anyone and there are no numbers to call the recruiters so your left in dark with no way of knowing if you got the job or a on phone interview and if you do you'll wait 2 months to tell you to come in for a 2nd in person interview. It's a joke.
