I applied online. I interviewed at WM (Windsor, CT) in Jan 2023
Interview
My first interview was a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. She asked basic questions about my work history, and skills. It sounded to me that they were questions she was reading off a screen or work sheet, but overall the phone interview process was easy going and comfortable. My second interview was via zoom, and lasted about 30 minutes. The gentleman Benard was very professional and easy to talk to, he made the interview process very comfortable for me. We went over my work history and skills. He asked questions based on how I responded to certain situations with customers "How I handle an angry customer", "What would I do in a situation if I didn't have the correct answer for a customer", "What did I know about the company" ect. "What are my goals" ect. I really enjoyed talking with him and getting to know to more about the company. He provided me with a lot of information about the training process as well. I asked him what he likes best about working for WM, ect. He explained the benefits the company offers, he went through the training process with me and told me to what to expect. He gave me great advice. Interviews can be stressful and give you anxiety but I do have to say that this was the best interview I've ever had and I can't wait to start my career at WM.

Interview
I had a phone interview with a talent coordinator and a teams meeting with the hiring manager. Both were very kind, professional, and straight to the point. The whole process didnt take long and I heard back within 2-3 days which is nice especially with how most companies treat candidates nowadays

Interview
I applied online on 10/26. Was contacted regarding a first interview between that and the following Thursday. The first interview was short, but informative went over the job description. Also asked about experience and how you handle situations.
Set up the next interview during the same phone call for the following week in person with supervisor.
Second interview was about 45 minutes but also simple and relaxed, about 10 questions varying from situational to personal or professional experience related to completing tasks.
Was contacted about 2 to 3 days later with a job offer.
So overall, it’s a two week process from applying to job offer.
