      Sales Interview

      20 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WORD360 in Jul 2025

      Interview

The recruitment experience was mixed. It began with a comprehensive, competency-based self-recorded video interview, which was detailed and time-intensive. However, in later stages, it felt as though the panel had not fully reviewed the content provided, as there was little follow-up or reference to the examples shared. A business strategy and presentation were also submitted, but no feedback was offered, which made the effort feel overlooked. The subsequent interview with the CEO introduced further uncertainty, communication became inconsistent, and the process lacked structure. The final panel interview appeared misaligned, with unclear expectations and limited coordination among interviewers. There were noticeable shifts in direction and decision-making, which gave the impression of a lack of engagement and clarity around the role.
