I've applied for two digital analyst positions on two separate occasions, and both times I've had awful experiences with the recruiters. I had great first interviews, but then got ghosted every time. They always use the excuse that the hiring manager or director is on vacation, which feels like a cover-up. After it happened twice in a row, I just gave up on them. It’s weird because I genuinely think I’m a strong fit for their roles and they did'nt give me any feedback, anything, just ghosting.
