Interview
First stage call with HR, second stage was an interview with 2 senior member. Pretty straightforward, basic competency questions and questions related to the media buying industry. Final stage was going to be an in-person interview and an Excel test, but I got another job offer before that, so I cancelled that

Interview
Meeting at the office with the manager. Focus on who you are as a person, why this vacancy, why you would be a good fit, and what interests you personally. We talked a lot about job experiences that could be relevant to this position. In my opinion, a good interview. They would see other candidates and give me feedback. Even after reminders, I still do not have response after a month. Interview was a positive experience, the follow-up was not.

the interview process for an entry level analyst role consisted of 3 rounds for me: recruiter screening, director level interview, manager level interview. it was pretty conversational, there wasn't much technical stuff to get into since it's an entry level position, but one thing i recommend is to come in with a portfolio and be able to explain your projects. that helps A LOT
