      I interviewed at WSC Sports

      Interview

I went through a full interview process at WSC - HR, hiring manager, GM of US and 2 C level executives. Overall, I was less than impressed. While the VP of sales and GM were nice people and professional, the CBDO did not know even basic sales terminology (didn't know what an MQL & SQL was among others). This was an incredibly concerning sign about the quality and capabilities of leadership - they also came across unprofessional at the end of the process and they're handling. Seems like a problematic company with a lot of family/friends connections to the founders for senior executives.
