Applied online, got a call to schedule a phone screening with the hiring manager. The phone call was about 30 minutes with very stereo-typical basic interview questions (strength/weakness )--which was really strange considering that the hiring manager described herself as an "out-of-the-box" person/leader. Maybe these questions are considered radical in the finance world, but I didn't realize people even asked these questions anymore in the PNW. I didn't really feel a good connection, so I probably wouldn't have moved forwards anyway but it must have been mutual because I received a generic rejection email two days later. At least the process was quick and easy.
