I applied online. I interviewed at WSFS Financial (Wilmington, DE) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was long and complicated, you would have thought I was interviewing to be the CEO. In my opinion, the process is overkill. The process included a phone interview, a trip to the bank's headquarters in Wilmington, DE, and an interview three employees at the bank's Harrington office. I encountered some extremely friendly people at the bank's headquarters, my interview at the bank's headquarters went really well and the interviewer was very thorough in explaining everything about the position. The final interview was held at a very old, run-down buliding in Harrington with three employees. This interview was more like an interrogation, they made me feel very out of place and not welcomed. The first person I interviewed at headquarters was all about customer service and community involvement and the second interview in Harrington was all about sales, sales, and more sales. The bank sounded like a great place to work as long as you like to sell.

Interview
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Interview
Was not too long. They asked me 4-7 questions about my customer experience such as describing a time I had to deal with a difficult customer. He then discussed the history of WSFS and described the roll I applied for. Now I'm waiting for a response.
