Video interview online. Typical graduate job questions, why WSP, why the specific role, why you chose your degree. Also situation questions such as when you made a mistake and how you corrected it, that one caught me out. Be aware that there are 7 question (30s to prepare, 60s to answer), because I looked at previous interview reviews which said there were 4 or 5, didn't affect it much, just got surprised when it popped up that there was 7 questions.

The interview process at WSP consists with 4 main stages. First submission of online application, second online assessment, third one-way online video interview and finally the face -to - face interview.
After doing great in a psychometric test, there was a one-to-one interview. Generally asking relevant questions regarding my academic and work experience. Focusing on my skills of teamwork and leadership.
Application Submission, Video Interview, then you get to see all the other applicant and HR people in a Zoom call session, mainly the company briefing about the role and company Information then a 1:1 or 2:1 interview with the team
