Luckily got access to a HR Manager and got an interview with the water manager. One interviewer and it was very casual and conversational. She basically just read of my resume and asked me things.

Interview
Straightforward process. First interview with a senior consultant and second interview with a VP. Talked mostly about interests, role, and current and potential projects. The entire process was about 2 weeks.

quite chill and they were nice. It was through Zoom and they just asked me questions. It was more like a conversation than an interview. They didn't really force me to answer anything that I didn't know etc.

asked about stuff I did in the ast and my interests
General questions, not technical, asked why i want to work with the company and relevant courses. Shared about design project i led in school. Heard back within two weeks, didnt land the job but was smooth process.
