Interview
The interview style is very casual. They ask questions like it’s a conversation. I prefer more direct questions because I am neurospicy but hey ho! I suppose it’s a good way to ensure they hire a particular type of person. Don’t apply if you aren’t a good waffler.

General questions about my experience and hobbies. They want you to go into detail but don’t tell you about what exactly. I find the interview style to be incompatible with neurodivergent people - and people who expect to be asked direct questions in an interview. Just weird
