2/3 sets of interviews with the team. They are very welcoming. They will ask you very clear questions regarding your soft skills and your hard skills. As well as situational questions (What would be your reaction/response to a certain situation...).
- Most questions were behavioural questions

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Taguig
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Taguig) in May 2023
The interview process is not suited for a fresh graduate. You will clearly feel that the interviewer doesn't like you when you start talking and they end the meeting sooner than expected.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Rotterdam
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WTW (Rotterdam) in May 2023
Three rounds of interviews, all of which have been conducted with the team. The EC (Employee Compensation) team works in a regional cluster. Interviewing from the Netherlands, I have got to meet a senior and a mid-level employee residing in the Netherlands, as well as a senior and a mid-level employee who are part of the cluster but residing abroad. The process started with an assessment comprising behaviour questions and capabilities assessment (online), followed by three rounds of interviews, of which the second interview was case specific. Went through the whole selection procedure - this took a bit shorter than 2 months. The decision-makers had doubts from the beginning, but without disclosing that, they let me go over the whole recruiting process and then took a unilateral decision. Got rejected because I am "over-qualified and scored too high on certain competencies whereas I do not have any expertise in Executive Compensation". For a position that requires no specific expertise and from a firm that is "striving for excellence". I have been told, they wish I had scored lower in the assessment. Then I would have gotten a better chance. At least they have a sense of humour. Would not apply again nor would I recommend anyone else to apply.
- Why Executive Compensation? Where do you see yourself in five years? Do you have an experience working in a team?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Mumbai
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Mumbai) in May 2023
I had an interview with a British managed company where I felt that my resume credentials were not adequately considered. Moreover, the questions asked during the interview made me uncomfortable. I was hoping for a more focused assessment of my leadership skills and the opportunity to address specific use cases related to the role.
- why are you the best fit for this position?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Puteaux

Entretien avec Manager + Direction département et ensuite RH. Par contre les délais de retour sont très très longs Il faut relancer afin d’avoir une suite sur le processus de recrutement

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Reigate, England
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at WTW (Reigate, England) in May 2023
I had an initial interview over Teams with one of their Directors, which went well. They then wanted me to move to the next step. This step turned out to involve a Teams Interview with their Authors in the morning, followed by a commute to an onsite technical test in their Head UK Office in Reigate in the afternoon. Logistically, this was not possible and I declined to move forward. They showed total inflexibility, and no talk of reimbursement of the fare required to travel to take the technical test (why on earth this could not have been done remotely, I have no idea).
- Which of my past roles was the closest to their own model (re-insurance)?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Detroit, MI
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Detroit, MI) in May 2023
I was directed to a hirevue interview the questions were rather vague the overall thing felt very cold and impersonal. There has to be a better way tp vet people than ai interviews? Never got a response or any feedback.
- What about my personal experience makes you s good fit for this position?
