Phone screening followed by in-person interview. The whole process was very quick - right after the phone screening I was contacted to schedule a follow-up in-person interview at the office in Manchester NH. In total, the whole process took less then 2 weeks.

I was told that having a technical background is a plus.

Interview
Standard phone interview, with a follow up on-site interview. I was asked to demonstrate some basic programming skills and solve a few problems using a language of my choice. After the interview I was contacted the next business day (on-site interview was on Friday) and was notified that I got the job. The Internship started on May 31st and Ended on August 15th.

Two interviews following recruiter screen. Fist with HR and Inside sales went very well as well (I thought) with CTO and founders wife. Was told by recruiter I was top sales candidate.
