I applied for the Announcer/Producer position and got a call from the Program Director to schedule an in person interview about a week later. I met with 4 employees for the actual interview - an engineer, two producers, and the program director. I prepared quite a bit for the interview, so I didn't think it was that difficult - it was a mix of technical questions and discussion of possible story ideas. I was told to my face that I would hear back about the job within a week, but that was the end of the road - I never received any other communication from them, even when I sent two follow up emails. I felt it was extraordinarily rude for them to not send out any kind of notification, hired or not, after I spent a good deal of time preparing for and driving to the interview. I likely would not apply to another job with this company because of that.
