Interview
Interview was about an hour long. Pay starts at $10.38/hour for the first few months and then if you are up to par you get a raise. Company is benefit driven so that is why the pay is lower than some other banks. There are also bonuses based on the branches success. Interviewers were professional and gave a very positive feeling about my potential work environment.
Phone screen with a recruiter. Followed up with a short in person interview. The followed up over email to let me know that I didn't get the position. Overall, they were very nice.

Phone screen, then in person interview. The people were kinder than most places I have interviewed. Make sure to dress the part, I felt underdressed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, there were about 8 customer service related questions.

Very nice and professional . Excited to hopeful start working for them as I enjoy the banking world and help clients with financial needs. They offer good benefits. Pay Is ok. Hrs are nice with weekends off.
