I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wachter (Lowell, AR) in Jan 2018
Interview
Easy people to talk to. Questions were not difficult. Mostly standard interview questions. Easy-going interviewers. Seems like a laid back work environment, but with reasonably high standards. Nothing too out of the ordinary or crazy.

Interview
Extremely easy interview process, and I guess out of the norm. Usually there are several interviews, however, I received an offer at the end of my first interview. I was able to negotiate the rate and ended up accepting the position.

I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wachter (Lowell, AR) in Dec 2016
Interview
The reasons employees hate this place and describe how badly it sucks begins in the job interview. Two person panel and they were POSEURS ! These clowns recklessly threw around real tech terms and protocols like buzzwords until I stomped them with corrective facts. Their idea of a Network Operations Center are three rows of cubicles and phones instead of a true NOC that resembles a naval CiC or the control rooms used to chase Jason Bourne. Instead, their NOC/CallCenter doesn't even have a wall mounted call dashboard, BUT DID HAVE A CHEAP TV ON THE WALL WITH THEIR CORPORATE VALUES as a screensaver that never moves whether there's a 1,000 calls on hold or a 1,000 hours since the last call!
This NOC is a joke led be a fake Navy SEAL who claims to be dual enlisted as a member of Army DELTA Force.
Even their job title "Dispatcher" is nothing of the kind, but just a dweeb Level 1 Tech Support Agent.
