On-site meeting with Operations Manager. Asked about knowledge in Civil Engineering topics and relevant knowledge from college. Asked about the approach to solving some case studies. Both technical and behavioural interviews took place one after the other. The internship was unpaid but was very rewarding. Very helpful and patient supervisor, and very welcoming staff.
