The interview process was great from start to finish. It was smooth, well-organized, and thoughtfully structured. I appreciated how timely and efficient the entire process was, with no unnecessary delays. Every interaction reflected the company’s values and culture, which made the experience even more engaging.

How do you approach making decisions when there isn’t a clear right answer or complete information?
Applied online. Quick process. Everything very clear and direct. Not much experience needed. The entire process took about two weeks and you will be onboard. No wasted time at all.

Interview
Very comfortable process and recruiter is very honest. They give you all the details on expectations of the role and try to make sure you fully understand what your applying for.
The interview is structured behavioral style process, and some further discussions around the role and if you have any questions.
I interviewed for a management position as advertised, however during the interview it turned out to be a cashier's position instead. The lady that interviewed me confirmed when asked that they don't require previous experience, however she politely explained that I would me more suitable for a cashier's or cook's position and gently turned the interview in thaf direction.
