Interview
First, I called a hotline where I answered various personality questions. Then, I contacted the store to get an interview with the general manager. I had two interviews. I thought the general manager was very young and hip. I thought the district manager was friendly, but serious. The interview was at a table where the customers eat, not an office. The work culture is very energetic and stressed, but lethargic and dissatisfied.

Did you put in your two weeks at your last job? It didn’t work like that at my last job. My last job was also a minimum wage position and if you wanted to quit, then you would tell the manager and that was it.

Interview
It was pretty easy. There is a short online assessment and you fill out some basic info and what shifts you're able to work. The in-person interview was even easier, he just confirmed my info, asked why I wanted to join, and set up a time for the orientation.

Interview
Interview was very good, Professional didn't ask any stupid questions. I had to wait over 30 mins just to start the interview, but it was also during the busiest time of the day so I wasn't upset.
