I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

Interview
I submitted an application by filling out the papers they have in the restaurants. The next day I got a phone call for an interview for the following day, and began orientation after that. The interview was pretty casual in the restaurant at one of the booths, and was with the recruiter for that region.

The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
