I was first approached by an existing Store Manager who was on the fast track to being promoted to District Manager. He let me know what he expected to make with the promotion and I was surprised to hear that WH paid their Managers that much. He arranges a meeting with his Division Manager and we all met over burgers at their store. After I was interviewed, the Division and District Managers told me that the would like to meet my wife for a spousal interview. That was the only time I ever encountered that one. But it IS a good idea with the long hours and dedication that is required! Then I went to the Main office to take a personality test and was shown the stock program. I was sold at that point.
