Pretty straight forward, normal questions for "retail" (previous retail experience, things you're good/bad at, where you see yourself in 5 or so years, etc). Submit your application online, and if they're interested, they will start with a phone interview to decide if you're eligible for an one on one interview. I personally had to go through four interviews because of how many applications were submitted and they had a handful of good applicants other than myself. They're really relaxed and never make you feel nervous during your interview.
