The interview process was fairly standard. Had a conversation with a recruiter and then with the hiring manager. Was informed by the hiring manager I'd get a notification of next steps. As it turns out, once again got ghosted, with no updates from anyone in the organization. I will recommend and reinstate the obvious: treat others as you like yourself to be treated. Everyone eventually finds themselves in job seeking positions, and being ghosted and disrespected is not a good feeling. Be Better and Do Better.
