Wainscot Media interview questions

Easy, traditional, no frills, communicated/met with office manager prior, met with Editor in Chief in her office 1 on 1. Had a 'edit' test prior to formal sit down interview.

The interview process was in two stages. Initial conversation was by phone with the Publisher, and in-person meetings included the corporate ownership. These conversations were congenial, and parties gleaned information about each other, and about mutual expectations. The company appreciates creativity and authenticity in job candidates.
