First was asked about experiences as a teacher. After that there was a conversation about why you became a teacher and what motivates you to teach. After that there were more formal questions about how you would respond in certain situations.

If a student was misbehaving in the classroom and you asked them to leave and they refused to leave how would you respond?
A lot of questions about teaching experience, behavior management, and why you want to work in the field. Asks how you would be able to handle escalated students and if that is something you could deal with.
