I had a phone interview followed by 4 rounds of face-to-face interviews. everyone was very warm and made you feel welcomed. it seems like a great place to work. there were no surprises. Just be prepared about your resume and simple behavioral questions. more of a conversation.

They asked me all about myself and understanding of the commercial real estate finance field.

Applied online and then got invited to do a phone interview with a recruiter. The questions were very straightforward and trying to gauge your basic knowledge and personality. Said they would get back to me in a week and heard nothing.
Good process, with standard questions pertaining to CRE UW. The interviewers were all well prepared. Enjoyed the process and they helped me understand the position and company. Was not a terribly hard process.

There were 3 interviews. The 1st was with the recruiter and was all behavioral questions . The other 2 were with members of the team and just getting to know me. Did not seem difficult, but you might get a couple curveball questions.
