The interview was your stand run-of-the-mill interview. I discussed my work experience and what i would bring into the firm - which is quite a bit. They clearly bragged about how they were overworking their employees. They kept claiming they needed manpower.
The interview went completely off the rails when I was asked by the owner whether I would work as a contract employee instead of the full time position they advertised. It sounds like the firm has some money problems. So much for claiming to be the Best Firm to Work For. That is as real as the moon having green cheese.
