Recruiter called me after I emailed him that I am looking for new role. Was professional, very understanding and told me a few harsh realities which I appreciate. As promised, he sent me a job spec and also gave me few good tips for the client and the interview. Came back with feedback soon after the interview. I'd recommend him for serious job candidates.
