      I interviewed at Wallarm

      Interview

Did not like the tech part of the interview - was asked too many things not related to engineering a product. Looked like some nerdy guy did a self-affirmation by throwing very specific questions. You can answer them if you read the answer (ofc interviewer did this). Then there was a task to fix bugs in extremely bad code and the interviewer wanted me to refactor it to clean arch in 5 min. The overall attitude was not tolerant at all, the guys have asked literally about every symbol and I had not access to the code - just a part of it on a shared screen. Finally I had a strong impression that DDD and clean arch is not their strong point.
