Walled Lake Schools interview questions

Phone Interview, two panel interviews (administration and department), teach-off (plan and administer lesson to students, all while other teachers and administration team observe), one-on-one interview with human resource director. The process was long and very stressful.

Scenario based questions and lots of questions about judgement. Interview was very detail oriented, and my skills, preparation, and background were thoroughly investigated. The district wanted to ensure they were hiring a Highly Qualified educator well equipped for the position.
