Review for Interview at Wallero – Lead .NET Full Stack Developer, Hyderabad My experience with the interview process at Wallero was quite disappointing and unprofessional. I was asked to complete the online assessment twice due to technical issues on their end, which I cooperated with, despite the inconvenience. However, what followed was even more frustrating — there was no communication regarding the assessment results. I had to follow up myself, only to be told that my profile was put on hold because I wasn’t serving a notice period. If that was known from the beginning, it’s unclear why my time was wasted with assessments and follow-ups. It's extremely disheartening when a candidate's time and effort aren't respected, especially in the name of a process that leads nowhere due to factors the company was already aware of. Professionalism and transparent communication are basic expectations in any hiring process, and sadly, that was missing here.
