Went to the second round. It was a data case study, which was not hard, but it needed dense math skills. I could not solve that well, but compared to other reviews, I did not find it was suspicious or not related to the field.
First round - 3 questions about how to improve the website. Write in word doc and submit to HR. Then round 2 is group video interview. Round 3 Individual interview. Round 4 CEO interview
4-step process. 2 steps are problem solving and case study analysis, and the next part is 2 interviews with various members of the company. The first problem set is easy, but the second one is harder and not really in line with a marketing job.
