Interview with 2 Human Resources department employees Simultaneously. Firstly, introducing walterfedy company to me. Secondly, They asked behavioral questions about what would I do in difficult conditions, my expectancy from a manager, my experiences in dealing with difficult conditions, qualifications. They asked from my past experiences written in my resume. Asked why did I choose Walterfedy and why Structural Engineering.
