      Optional Interview

      31 May 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wand in Nov 2009

      Interview

The interview process was rather relaxed which is good for the interviewee. At the same time it was a seemingly unproductive process for a company that has such high turnover. The interview went as such: -Written interview -Phone interview -Excel spreadsheet aptitude test - Interview with hiring manager The environment of the interview with the hiring manager was more of a test to see if you can fit in with their family ran company or not.
