The process moved quickly through the second interview; however, I never received a follow-up regarding the next steps or a potential third interview. After reaching out for an update, I was informed that I would hear back the following week, but no further communication was received. My suggestion would be to ensure consistent follow-up with candidates regarding their status in the process, even if they are not moving forward.
