I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Skype call. I was asked to write a short program while 4 people watched as I tried to write the code. I totally froze. While the challenge was not very hard, I was not warned by the recruiter that I would be doing anything like that. I expected a few tech questions and general interview. I ended the interview in the middle. Recruiter told me it was a C# job and it was a Javascript job. This type of interview was new to me and I will never do one again. Programming while others watch and comment is crazy.

I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
I do not question the interview; it is their way of doing things, but the feedback was neither constructive nor open. The Talent Acquisitions team got back to me and reached out to TA to give more details. The hiring team is not organized because they could not set a time for weeks, even though I provided several options. They do not have modern tools to help schedule interviews.

I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Bengaluru)
Interview
The interview process felt disorganized, with rounds happening in an unusual order — it started with an initial discussion with a senior manager, followed by an operational excellence round, then system design, and finally the coding round.
